Yes, we offer diagnostic assessments and trial lessons to help parents better understand their child’s learning needs and experience our teaching approach before enrolling. These sessions are available at a separate charge.

We track each student’s learning progress through lesson participation, classwork, and overall development. Parents receive a monthly progress update highlighting their child’s progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Most lessons are priced from $35 to $50 onwards, depending on the subject and programme. Fees are charged monthly using a credit-based system. For missed classes due to reasonable circumstances such as illness or travel, credits will not be deducted. Make-up classes may also be arranged, subject to the coach’s availability.
